Gorillacell Module 029: Rotary Encoder

The Rotary Encoder detects rotational movement and its direction using two out-of-phase signals. Some rotary encoders also include an integrated push button switch, which is ideal for navigating menu-driven user interfaces or other interactive projects.
The Gorillacell ESP32 Development Kit includes one Rotary Encoder module with 20 steps per complete revolution. This module also features an integrated push button switch, making it versatile for both rotation input and button-based interactions.

It has 5 pins which are
- GND - for the ground pin,
- VCC - for the supply voltage,
- SA - for the Rotary Encoder signal pin A,
