A Seven Segment Display is a type of display composed of seven individual LED segments arranged to form numerical digits and limited alphabetic characters. Each segment can be lit independently to represent numbers from 0 to 9 and certain letters. A single digit therefore consists of seven LEDs or segments.
LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display. It utilizes the properties of liquid crystals to produce visible characters or symbols. Since an LCD does not emit light by itself, a backlight is often required to make the display readable, especially in low-light conditions.
LASER stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. It produces a highly focused and narrow beam of light, making it ideal for applications that require precision, such as alignment, distance measurement, or signaling.
The RGB LED Module consists of three LEDs — red, green, and blue — all housed in a single package. By turning one or more LEDs ON simultaneously, different colors can be produced through color mixing. This allows the module to display a wide range of colors depending on the LED combination.
The Traffic Light Module is a miniature version of a real traffic light. It contains three (3) LEDs arranged in red, yellow, and green colors. This module allows users to simulate and mimic the behavior of an actual traffic light for learning or project applications.
